In the case that the implementation of a management system is made through a process of “On-Job Training” the Organization may also:
- Contribute to the qualification and certification of each employee
- Obtain certification from the internal project manager as “Lead Implement” and / or “Lead Auditor” in the Management System implemented, being necessary a subsequent certification exam
- Ensuring an adequate knowledge, at all levels of the organization, of the implemented management system
